We’re kicking things off on Bonfire Night, Thursday 5th November, with the launch of our brand new Gunpowder Gin.

For our first of 3 Blackness Nights, we’re opening the doors to our brand new gift shop, giving you the chance to have a look around, and, of course, taste some of what we make here at Blackness Bay Distillery.
The new shop is packed with distillery favourites, gift ideas and plenty of bottles to take home - whether you’re shopping for someone else or simply treating yourself.
And the main event? Gunpowder Gin.
Our newest gin is making its debut on Bonfire Night, so this is your first chance to see it, taste it and get your hands on a bottle.
Blackness Nights are about bringing people together at the distillery for cosy evenings during the winter months. With Bonfire Night as our first Blackness Night, there'll be plenty of atmosphere too. So wrap up warm, come along and raise a glass with us as we launch Gunpowder Gin.
This event will be followed up by 'Books and....Bottles' We are delighted to have pop up book shop 'Books &' joining us on the 19th November. It'll be the perfect opportunity to pick up a new book to cosy in for the winter nights with a little glass of our Jacobite rum or a Honey Rum toddy.
